‘Out of the Box’ to make Dubai debut on February 15

Taking place from February 15 to 16 at Fairmont Dubai, on the fringe of Gulfood’, the event is dedicated to food and beverage professionals will take place from 5pm onwards.
Presenting attendees with the opportunity to do business in an innovative and exclusive way, Out of the Box offers Gulfood-goers a place to go after their visit to the fair to enjoy varied food and bio wine tastings, demos with local and internationally acclaimed chefs, insightful presentations, sustainability culinary awards, and more.
Showcasing a star-studded line-up of chefs such as Heinz Beck of 3 Michelin Star La Pergola in Rome, Mathieu Pérou of 1 Michelin Star Le Manoir de la Régate in Nantes, and Gal Ben-Moshe of 1 Michelin Star Prism in Berlin, Out of the Box welcomes visitors to enjoy workshops, masterclasses and conferences with the best in the industry.
Over the two days, the event will see conferences take place, covering topics including the future of the global food industry, the revolution of NFTs in the culinary world, the future of sustainable and secure eating around the world, and more, with key industry leaders on the panel including entrepreneur and philanthropist, Laila Rahhal El Atfani, managing director of The I Factor, Rosario Scarpato, Jorge Sebastiao from the Global Blockchain Organisation, Mohamed Chabchou – executive chef of Grand Millennium Hotel Business Bay and winner of the Sustainable UAE Culinary Competition, Uwe Micheel – president of Emirates Culinary Guild, Sebastian Nohse – Senior Culinary Director of Hilton, Sunjeh Raja – founder and director of ICCA Dubai, and more.
