The Langham, Hong Kong presents 'A Glimpse of London' staycation

The Langham, Hong Kong invites Hong Kong residents to experience London in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with their new ‘A Glimpse of London’ staycation.

 

Guests will be presented with their pink Langham boarding pass when they check-in and be transported to London when they step into the two British themed rooms, ‘A Trip to London Parks’ and ‘Pink Afternoon Tea Room’.

 

“While the world is eagerly waiting to travel again, we want to fill the gap and create staycations that give residents in Hong Kong a window to one of their favourite destinations,” said Marcel Holman, managing director, The Langham, Hong Kong.

 

“The Langham’s British heritage is drawn from the opening of the flagship hotel in London in 1865 and inspired by our legacy, we have designed the staycation experience so guests can be transported to London,” added Holman.

 

‘A Trip to London Parks’ room is inspired by the different famous parks in London, this room lets guests soak in the tranquility of natural parks in London and be surrounded by grassy meadows with a view of the iconic landmarks and skyline in London.

 

The Langham, London is the first grand hotel in Europe who first served afternoon tea when it opened. A quintessentially British experience, this afternoon indulgence is often enjoyed at a social gathering or celebration amongst friends and families. The ‘Pink Afternoon Tea Room’ is designed and decorated in the luxury brand’s signature pink. Specially curated for memorable photo and Instagram opportunities, there is an afternoon tea set-up with roses, a paper marche floral wall, an indoor swing and a romantic canopy corner draped with fairy lights.

 

To complete the British staycation at The Langham, Hong Kong, Palm Court and The Food Gallery in the hotel will be serving classic British fare which include the Traditional English Breakfast, Fish N Chips, Shepherd’s Pie of Lamb, Bangers and Mash, Baked Seafood Pie.

 

Priced from HK$1,148 ($148) for a one-night stay at Superior Courtyard View Room (complimentary upgrade to Deluxe room), complimentary breakfast buffet for two and a 30-minute self-service photo session for two at the two British themed rooms (photographer not included); and enjoy an extra HK$800 dining credit with rates begin at HK$1,648 ($212.5).
