Maldivian based Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of two roles within its senior management team. Venkata Giri has been promoted as the chief operating officer for the Atmosphere Group. Over the last four years, he has successfully led the operations team under the title of group director of operations to hospitality excellence. Additionally, Stephane Laguette is the newly appointed senior vice-president of sales and marketing. Laguette joins Atmosphere from Anantara Hotels & Resorts, where he held the position of vice-president of sales and marketing Asia and Maldives. He brings a wealth of experience from the international hospitality sector.
