Mohammed Sitab Alam has been appointed the new executive chef of Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham JBR. Chef Alam will be in-charge of the kitchen operations of all the hotel’s dining outlets. Before joining the property, he worked as executive chef for Golden Tulip Media Hotel, and City Seasons Dubai.
