IHG has promoted Christian Hempell to senior VP Global Loyalty and Partnerships. Hempell will lead a team developing loyalty programmes for new and existing members for IHG Rewards Club, IHG Business Rewards, InterContinental Ambassador and the IHG Rewards Club US credit card partnership.
