Swiss-Belhotel adds footprint in Bahrain

SWISS-Belhotel International has signed a management agreement with HRR Properties for Swiss-Belsuites Admiral Juffair in Bahrain. Featuring 174 keys (studios, one- two- and three-bedroom suites and three unique penthouses), and equipped with modern facilities, the hotel is expected to begin operations by mid-2019.

Designed for both business and leisure travellers, the hotel is strategically located right at the start of the vibrant American Alley facing the US navy base.

The high-end suites at Swiss-Belsuites Admiral Juffair are equipped with a wide array of facilities including fully-fitted kitchens. The penthouses too are exceptional and offer stunning sea views along with exclusive amenities such as their own private pools and BBQ stations. The hotel also boasts multiple one-of-a-kind food and beverage options spread over huge spaces. These range from an all-day-dining outlet, with shisha serving terrace, to specialty restaurants and bars, an upscale lounge and a lobby café. Other facilities include a meeting room, a large spa, an indoor swimming pool, kids club and a kids’ splash pool.

 

Second Hyatt property planned for Kuwait

A HYATT affiliate has entered into a management agreement with a Tamdeen Group subsidiary for Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall in Kuwait boosting Hyatt’s growing portfolio in the Middle East.

The announcement marks the second collaboration between Hyatt and Tandeem Group, following the Grand Hyatt Kuwait, set to open in 2020. Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall is currently undergoing a major renovation and is set to debut this month.

As the first Hyatt Regency brand in the Kuwait, the property will reveal a seamless experience that places everything guests need under one roof, as well as a full range of services and amenities, including notable culinary experiences, technology-enabled facilities for collaboration, a space to work, engage or relax, and the expert planners who adhere to every detail.

The property will be an integral part of the multifaceted Al Kout Development, Kuwait’s largest waterfront, retail and leisure destination that offers world-class retail, lifestyle, dining, entertainment and leisure experiences in one destination.

 

Rove Hotels launches new property

ROVE HOTELS, a joint venture 50 per cent owned by Meraas and 50 per cent owned by Emaar, announced the launch of its latest property Rove City Walk. Located next to Dubai Arena, Rove City Walk comprising 564 keys, will complement the hospitality offering at City Walk, the urban lifestyle destination developed by Meraas.

 

The Merchant House, Manama bookings open

THE Merchant House, Manama, Bahrain is now accepting reservations gearing up for the property’s official opening this month.
