Chef Paul Wieser joins Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa and Shangri-La Al Husn Resort and Spa as resort executive chef. The German chef returns to Oman from Myanmar's Melia Yangon. A veteran of luxury hotel brands, Chef Paul will be in charge of 18 restaurants and bars.
