Towers Rotana Dubai, has appointed Arif Gokaslan as the new human resources director and Kimberley Schops as assistant director of front office. Gokaslan joins Towers Rotana from Academic Hospitals in Istanbul, Turkey, where he was the human resources director. He has held several HR managerial roles in the hospitality industry across Turkey in his nine-year-old career. Schops has been promoted to the role of assistant director of front office from her previous position of guest service manager at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana. In her new role she will be responsible in ensuring a smooth operation of the hotel’s front office.
