Kempinski Mall of the Emirates has appointed Bianca Cartin as the director of marketing. Most recently, she worked at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Dubai, where she was responsible for providing strategic counsel to the executive team. She has over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
