Chef Steven Smalley has been appointed the new executive chef for Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. Smalley has worked with Atlantis The Palm and Madinat Jumeriah. His new position will involve overseeing the daily operations of all dining venues, in-room and banquet services, hiring and training personnel.
