Franz Alexander has been appointed the executive assistant manager of Baros, a private, Maldivian-owned island resort. Only recently, he was the executive assistant manager at Centara Grand, Bangkok. He will utilise his knowledge of food and beverage, and management to enhance the experience at Baros.
