Xian joins Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha, with 20 food and beverage outlets, has appointed Chia Jue Xian as its new executive sous chef. The Singaporean national has international hospitality experience and holds a diploma in culinary skills from Shatec – The Singapore International Hotel & Tourism College.
