2017 has been a memorable year for Armani Hotel Dubai with a number of international recognitions that cemented our reputation as one of the finest luxury hotels in the world. Led by such strong industry credentials and recognition from both our guests and our peers, our outlook for 2018 is robust. Here in Dubai, with the focus of the government on promoting tourism and establishing the city as a year-round destination, there has been a consistent surge in tourist arrivals. Further, on-arrival visas for Russian and Chinese visitors has also contributed to an increase in the number of tourists from these key markets. The positivity offered by the UAE serves as a magnet for international visitors, and along with the ongoing preparations for the Expo 2020 Dubai, we expect the tourism and hospitality sector to gain further traction in 2018. Across the region, especially with the focus of Saudi Arabia in promoting tourism and hospitality, we expect the hospitality sector to gain further momentum.
