R Hotels announces the appointment of Mark Fernando as new general manager of Ramada Downtown Dubai. In his role, he will head the overall operations of the 181-key hotel. Fernando has worked with Starwood Hotels and Resorts for more than 25 years, across its portfolio in the region.
