Amwaj Rotana welcomes Andrei Karpovich as the new director of human resources. Karpovich first joined Rotana in Abu Dhabi in June 2009 and has since expanded his career within the company with two other properties in Abu Dhabi. Moving across to Dubai, he joined Centro Barsha.
