Al Ain Rotana has announced the appointment of Wladimiro Gadioli as the resort’s executive chef.

Gadioli brings innovative energy to the dining experience at the leading five-star property in the garden city of the UAE.

Chef Gadioli brings nearly 16 years of culinary experience from around the globe.

Originating from Lombardy region of northern Italian Alps, Chef Wladimiro has joined Al Ain Rotana from Abu Dhabi working previously for TDIC. Having been in UAE for the past seven years, and accumulated experience with international hotel chains; Hyatt, Jumeirah and Sofitel, Chef Wladimiro developed a strong foundation in banquets and catering from different countries such as the UAE, India, France, Italy and Switzerland.

Being a veteran of the hospitality industry, he has a background of culinary operations in diverse fields, starting from the home cooking of his family business in Italy to a Michelin fine dining with well recognised chef Gualtiero Marchesi, large operations managing multiple outlets and banqueting events. Before joining Al Ain Rotana, Chef Wladimiro was the corporate executive chef of TDIC Food and beverage division, Abu Dhabi.
 
As executive chef, Chef Wladimiro oversees the resort’s six dining outlets, including signature Trader Vic’s – French Polynesian restaurant as well as Min Zaman Lebanese restaurant, Zest all-day dining restaurant, Atrium lobby café known for its afternoon coffee, tea and delicious cakes. He also oversees in-room dining and banquets, catering events ranging in size from small meetings to large weddings of more than 700 persons. - TradeArabia News Service
