Opening this month, the Spa Sanctuary comprises four treatment rooms, one double and three singles plus extensive fitness facilities including a fully equipped gym with TRX suspension equipment. In addition to signature treatments including Hot Lava Shell massage, Quench Hydration facials, Life and Rejuvenation Ceremonies and Bamboo body scrubs, Cape Weligama’s experienced wellness team offer Hatha Yoga sessions, wellness clinics under the guidance of a personal trainer and mellow Surf and SUP sessions and lessons. Working in partnership with Thémaé, whose products and therapies are inspired by the art of tea, the spa will celebrate Cape Weligama’s location and its Dilmah Tea heritage.
