A deluxe king room in Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, an Autograph Collection Hotel

Dubai Parks and Resorts’ much anticipated Polynesian themed family resort, Lapita, opens door welcoming its first guests. The hotel joins Marriott International’s Autograph Collection of distinct properties.

Centrally located within the park destination, Lapita will offer 504 rooms, including 60 suites and 3 private villas once fully operational. The hotel features an intriguing tribal atmosphere that inspires guests of all ages to activate their passion for adventure and to immerse themselves in Polynesian culture. The hotel’s name was inspired by the pre-historic people of the Pacific Ocean and their journey and settlement on the islands - the Lapita movement. Drawing its inspiration from the exotic Polynesian tropical landscapes, the hotel features colourful flowers, lagoon style pools, luxurious guest rooms and themed children’s activities.

Lapita offers four themed family restaurants each designed with large family groups in mind. Lapita’s spa, Ola, features eleven treatment rooms including a couple’s suite, Hammam room, wellness facilities, aromatherapy steam rooms, saunas, vitality pools and ice fountains. Mixing business with pleasure, six meeting rooms and a 710 sq m Tamure ballroom evoke the spirit of the South Pacific with naturally-lit spaces highlighted by culturally inspired motifs.

Lapita is within close proximity to The Outlet Village, the upscale indoor retail destination by Meraas that offers a value shopping experience in a distinctive and stunning environment. Within walking distance, hotel guests can have access to three department stores, family attractions, international dining and over 125 brands such as Galeries Lafayette, DKNY, Dunhill and many more.

Lapita’s location is central in new Dubai, and is easily accessible from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Only 63km from Dubai International Airport, 69km from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 23km from Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport.
