TRAVEL Technology and Solutions has released two new solutions to provide travel agents with a quick and easy access to the GDS: the 3.0 version of Travelport Mobile Agent, a mobile app for smartphones and tablets, and the brand new TTS Web Agent that brings the full Travelport Mobile Agent experience to the laptops and desktops. Both solutions were developed by TTS Lab, the R&D company of TTS and incorporate new technologies and many features based on users’ suggestions and feedback.
The new Travelport Mobile Agent is available on Apple Store and Google Play. Apart from the critical and important features already introduced by the previous version of Travelport Mobile Agent like the full integration with Apollo, Galileo and Worldspan GDSs and availability on iOS and Android devices, this new version includes additional enhancements such as an improved interface, enhanced responses that improve the data provided by the GDS, faster GDS response to command entries, customisable quick keys, and more intelligent features.
One of the most requested features from the users has been the possibility to have the Travelport Mobile Agent experience on the desktop. TTS Web Agent is the answer, bringing the full features of Travelport Mobile Agent 3.0 to the desktop environment, running on Windows, Linux and Macintosh. TTS Web Agent will be free for all present and future Travelport Mobile Agent users and is also available for use.
