Life’s a beach at Cape Town villa

Share

SOUTH Africa’s tight child protection rules put in place earlier this year, mean extra paperwork for families, who now have to carry birth certificates of accompanying children to enter the country. But that has not stopped new six-bedroom villas from braving the market.

Nestled on top of a hill in Camps Bay, an affluent coastal suburb of Cape Town in South Africa, 26 on First Crescent is a bespoke luxury villa.

This serene and private six-bedroom property, set over three levels with views of the vast Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by Lion’s Head, Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles.

Ramzi Charaf, CEO of Wagner Bespoke Properties, as well as the owner and visionary behind this residence, has left no stone unturned to ensure the comfort of each and every guest. Guests will be spoilt with a live-in housekeeper and butler who will prepare and serve a sumptuous breakfast every morning.

The beach is five minutes away from the villa. For those who prefer seclusion, the private pools at 26 on First in Camps Bay are the ideal place to relax.

A well-equipped gym is available in the property for daily workouts, after which holiday makers can unwind in the sauna or steam rooms before taking a long shower in their own en-suite bathroom, equipped for a luxurious shower and bath.

Free wi-fi is available at the residence. Private meetings can also be set up in one of the living rooms and the live-in staff will be available to serve tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. If privacy is needed, a delicious lunch or dinner can also be arranged at the villa at an additional cost.

Villa rentals per night start from $1,250 in August, $2,000 for September, and $3,000 from October to April 2015. Until December 2014, Wagner Awards, the company’s loyalty programme, allows guests to double their loyalty points (valid for three years from the time of check out). Instead of earning 10 per cent loyalty points on the overall bill, guests will have the limited opportunity of earning 20 per cent points.
