CAPITOL Investment Holdings and luxury brand Patina Hotels & Resorts have jointly signed a hotel management agreement to operate The Patina, Capitol Singapore, Patina Hotel & Resorts’ flagship hotel, at the Capitol development, a prime integrated development in Singapore’s Downtown Civic District. The hotel is slated to open on December 8 this year.

Further enhancements in all guest rooms include a centralised control system through individual hand-held tablets, a surround sound system, complimentary high-speed Internet connection, high quality bed linen and premium bath amenities.Leisure facilities include a relaxation saltwater pool, state-of-the-art fitness centre, a Library Club Lounge and a signature restaurant and lounge. There will also be a function room with a pre-function area that can be divided into two rooms for intimate events.
