Pampering package … The Domain Bahrain’s Panorama suite

THE Domain Bahrain is ready to welcome guests who wish to celebrate Valentine’s Day on February 14.

Executive chef Bengt Carlsson will be whipping up a treat for couples with special menu crafted for the occasion. To keep up with the theme, his team of pattisiers, headed by executive pastry chef Serge Decrauzat, will prepare several chocolate-based treats including handcrafted chocolate bonbons.

The Valentine package consists of a three-course dinner at the hotel’s exclusive restaurant, Level 34, which boasts of impressive views of Manama. The package rate is BD 56++ ($149) per couple, including a bottle of beverage.

At BD149++ ($395), guests will be accommodated in a Panorama junior suite, which features a spacious bathroom and panoramic windows overlooking the high-rise skyline of Bahrain Bay and the World Trade Centre.

The package also includes red roses, a heart-shaped cake, a bottle of bubbly or sparkling date juice, breakfast in bed, and a 45-minutes couple’s massage as well as a late check-out at 4 pm. The Domain is a new hotel concept that offers a socially charged members club with the added benefit of hotel rooms. The concept’s inaugural project is a 36-storey, 131-key property in Manama’s Diplomatic Area.

It features nine restaurants and lounges including the Txoko sky lounge, Imari Japanese restaurant, the Le Sauvage and Le Domain [34], dedicated to French cuisine, The Living Room serving classic Italian and Lebanese, The Cigar Lounge and The Deli.

The Domain also features the Vie spa and Vie Fitness health centre spread over two floors as well as 375 m of flexible meeting space, including three tech-enabled boardrooms, three meeting rooms and a pre-function foyer with a capacity of up to 110 guests for dinner.

Another unique offering is Anthology, the world’s first dedicated social video lounge with live content.

A specially developed app provides guests and members with access to information via The Domain’s private social platform “The Conversation”. Domain members benefit from a range of benefits, including invitations to events and social gatherings.
