THE Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is to showcase a vibrant collection of interesting art pieces that are all truly reflective of the new Egypt.

“This one-of-a-kind rotating art exhibition is a great way for us to celebrate Egypt as well as strengthen our support of the local and regional art scene,” says Randy Shimabuku, general manager, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence.

“The goal is to create an enduring and interesting dialogue through the art pieces that are chosen and displayed. Both Egyptian and foreign artists have been selected to showcase their creativity as Egypt has now become the muse for many, many creative minds.”

The hotel has assigned Syra Arts to organise each art exhibition. “We are embracing the concept and both the local community and international guests have responded warmly. We are honouring Egypt, its artists and those who are inspired by their work, creating something exciting that transcends all cultural barriers,” says Randa Fahmy of Syra Arts.

The carefully curated exhibitions will revolve every three months and different artists will be selected to showcase their pieces. Each new exhibition is inaugurated with a reception followed by dedicated art tours, lunches and art discussions.

Meanwhile, at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, art enthusiasts can discover the city’s hottest new lounge, the Graffiti Bar and Lounge. Graffiti’s spacious interiors aptly demonstrate what happens when modern space collides with the colourful intensity of outdoor street art.
