JUST over a year since its opening, Bahrain’s Dragon Hotel at Amwaj Islands is making its presence felt with above average occupancies.

General manager JACK MORAIS told TTN what’s on offer and how business has been.

The Dragon was launched in June 2009 and we currently have an average occupancy of 78 per cent and an average daily rate of BD89 ($236) per night.

How many rooms, suites etc does the dragon have?

At the Dragon we have 30 sea view suites and five beach front villas.

I understand you have some triplex facilities, can you tell me about these?
